Bar-W is a working farm first — the campground is just the friendliest way to see it.
Set back from the highway on open farmland, Bar-W is quieter than most places you’ll find this close to Auburn. It’s a short drive from I-85 and Chewacla State Park, and close enough to campus for tailgating on game days, with easy runs out to the Plains or over to Tuskegee.
Guests are welcome to walk the grounds, visit the duck pond, and take in the pasture — it’s as much a part of the stay as the campsite itself.
